These terms govern your use of products offered by Gigi Money Limited. By applying for or using a Gigi product you agree to them, alongside our Lending Disclosures and Privacy Policy.

Who can apply

You are 18+ and able to enter a contract.
You are the verified owner of the property (confirmed via Ardhi Sasa) or authorised to act for the owner.
You hold a genuine tenancy with verifiable rent and pass our checks.

What our products are

A rent advance is a purchase of your future rent at a discount — not a loan, with no mortgage and the title staying in your name. Our HELOC and credit card are regulated credit facilities. Rent guarantee is a service where your tenant pays a fee instead of a deposit and we manage recovery.

Pricing & repayment
