Privacy Policy

Gigi Money Limited is the data controller for the personal data of the property owners, tenants and partners we serve. We are registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) and are licensed and regulated.

What we collect

Identity & contact details (name, ID/passport, KRA PIN, phone, email, address).
Property & ownership details, confirmed via Ardhi Sasa.
Tenancy and rent-roll data, including tenant payment history.
Payment details (M-Pesa or bank) and transaction records.
Usage and security signals used to prevent fraud.

How we use it

To verify ownership, assess eligibility, fund and service our products, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and (with your consent) tell you about other Gigi products. We do not sell your data.

Your rights
