Risk & recourse — the honest version
A rent advance is a real commitment. This guide explains, in plain language, what you agree to and what happens if things go wrong.
What you're committing to
- Rent advance: the rent you bring forward is committed for the assigned period — you won't receive it again during that time. No loan, no mortgage, title stays yours.
- Rent guarantee: you're paid on schedule whether or not the tenant pays.
- HELOC & credit card: secured credit — missed repayments can affect your equity and credit record.
If a tenant stops paying
With a rent advance, recovery is our job, not yours, and any obligation you have to us is limited to what your agreement states. We recover lawfully and respectfully — never with harassment or threats.
Your recourse
