Gigi Business

For companies and real estate portfolios.
Minimum monthly rent: above KES 500,000. Up to 24 months in advance.
Liquidity from KES 5M to KES 100M. Commercial and mixed-use property. Optional default protection.

Gigi Personal

For individual owners of mostly residential property.
Minimum monthly rent: above KES 50,000. Up to 12 months in advance.
Liquidity up to KES 5M. Default protection included.
